Mills trademark decals on eBay

Hi, I found this on eBay while looking for parts to restore the machine I just inherited. I'm brand new to the slot hobby, and was wondering what you pros thought about this. To me, it looks like a sticker, where the faded emblem on my machine looks to have been a heat transfer, or some other sort of decal. I know it's only $5 with shipping, but why waste the money if it's just going to get thrown out?
