Fake Tavern Trade Stimulator

Could this be a fake; item number 360325483847.
The front casting does have the 3 vertical bars to the right of the award card, but the reel strips and name plate look like replacements; they just don't have the patina of the rest of the machine.
The award card looks older, but could just be a repo under yellowed plastic.
