Rol A Top Fake ?

I was looking at a Rol A Top it was restored .
My question is in the coin return there is a bump looks like to slow the coin down never saw this on others.

Any input would help.

looks original but over restored.
Gold plated to within an inch of its life.
Hard to make out the bump in the coin return as the person who took the picture moved when when taking the picture and hence it is blurry?

Is that a hi price for a gold plated rol a top ? Besides the plating and the rest is original you think that to much?
Please help me find one under $2800 thats not fake .

"Over restored" is putting it mildly. Probably not a bad price (assuming complete and functional) if you're looking for a single large pile of bling for the game room. If you're building a collection of antiques, it would be grossly out of place; negative patina.
