What is the major difference between the mills clocks? Do you know what type will fit a hi-top? Thanks in advance!

I dont think its so much the hi-top as the mech thats in it that matters, i'm not a great expert but I think the hi-top was around so long the mechs changed a bit, I know there are at least two clocks,can we see a photo of the mech?
