Date a Jennings Club Chief super de luxe

Does someone knows if it is possible to date a Jennings Club Chief super de luxe by the serial numbers on the cabinet and the mecanism?

The number on the cabinet paper is 178731 (it is also stamped on the left woodside).
And the mecanism number is 162756.
