Need help on a broken slot machine

Two days ago the purple lights lit up and music played now nothing just the credit lights and also no hopper. While paying it does give some sounds when you hit and the credits add up etc.

Do you have the reset key for the power/control box

I actually jumpered it out and it did nothing.

In that Box there's a key slot and you need a key so that you can reset the Box if you do anything other you might short everything out.
