I would question the 7 on the reel strip ? Not sure if it means any type of pay out.

IMO it's not a reproduction, but it is not all original as the ad states;
repainted (may have started out as a Mills Black Gold).
decal and back door paper are new.
7 over plum on 3rd reel is wrong; make sure there is a "GO" on 3rd reel.
"20" on award plate looks like it's been modified.
Visible JP (which may or may not work), but no mention of JP on award plate.
before making an offer, make sure payouts are correct, including BI N GO pays 20 in any position.

Thanks for the info. Is there a way to spin the wheels and test payouts?
Also, what is a fair price?

Common way to check a payout;
cycle mechanism and stop clock before first reel locks in and
use a screw driver, rag, toothbrush, whatever to keep clock from turning.
Reels will spin freely; turn reels to select the payout you want to check.
hold reels in place and release the clock to complete the cycle.

Do a little research to determine what a High Top in similar condition is worth to you in your area.
Keep in mind that the BINGO theme (which may not be from Mills, but from one of the many companies that copied/revamped High Tops) is not real common and may add to its value in your opinion.
