Watling Rol-A-Top stuck at the bottom while cycling it.

This is my first machine and I tried to cycle my rol a top outside the case and I may have cycled it to far? It’s stuck all the way down. How do I get the mechanism to release and the reals to spin? I’m completely lost as to what to do. Help!

If the reels didn't spin the cycle is not complete. Not down far enough.
