John,

You are correct. Mechanical meter is a standard EM machine. LED would be an E-series machine or possibly a Summit conversion. But appearance wise yours does not look like a Summit.

Lastly, I believe your machine is a 1090.

John,

That's an easy one. You can drill it. Just be certain to have a good "center" point to start. If you like the challenge. Below is an image of the picks we use for tubular locks. They are pretty cheap and easy to use.

I am excited to get started so I went ahead and drilled it.

With the door open there are clearly issues including disconnected wires and the graphics have been repaired with tape at some point.. as well as other signs of previous repairs.

I will start with the most obvious stuff.

Pick the lock! It's EASY... Youtube and Amazon are your friends, well most of the time.
It looks like you registered successfully. Most issues are right at the start, with our TOS page and the "accept" at the bottom.
