mills serial number list

having so much fun with the previous machine I've purchased another one.

Another Mills 5 cent which I'm guessing is of the 1950 vintage. Unfortunately, it has numbers at least six places. Is the number on the base of the mechanism the S/N?

And no this one does not work either.

The 206096 is the serial #. I had that machine worked good. The vendor part has problems with the castings.
