I was on ebay and I found a Mills NOS aftermarket 5 cent chain drive escalator almost like a Jennings... It looks interesting... How old is it and is it any good? Is 99.99 too much? I will try to post a picture if I can... Thank you...

It looks like a nice reproduction of the original assembly. My preference is for original parts, but the price does not seem out of line, especially if you need it. Since it has already sold at this point, I hope you were the purchaser.

If you look closely at eBay there is a stamp on the cardboard that is faded, is says "Model A chain drive chute" it's hard to read in the photo... It looks old...
