it's a Watling gooseneck commonly called a torch front due to the front lower casting design

You might be able to narrow down year of production; what is the serial number (stamped into top; 5 digits with a "T" prefix)?
Your serial may be hard to read; try cleaning it up and shine a flashlight beam from the side at an angle.

That is a good article on the Watling Blueseal line of slots nvmos2, what book did you get that out of? I probably have the book just dont know what book to look in to, I like the mention of the prefix and the mention of the 2-pull-5 slot not often seen, besides mine I have only seen about two or three others,

Your slot looks great; so many get over restored with the polishing and paint jobs.
The 2 Play/5c feature is a big bonus; hard to find; don't recall the last one I've seen in person, if ever.

Yes; looks like the "T" prefix is worn or didn't get a good stamping.
Not a lot of good dates are available for these, but from what I've got, my rough estimate for this serial number is it was produced in late 1933- early 1934.
