Old British coins are they in demand in the USA

Hi everyone
Are British coins ( old 1d - penny, half penny 1/2d & threepence pieces 3d ) sort after in the USA or are they easily available.
Is it worth bringing any over from the UK when we visit Florida in September, do they fetch a good price,
I have an abundance of these coins in mint condition, looking for an honest opinion or is it best just to sell through auction sites here in the UK

IMO don't bother unless you have someone who wants them lined up in advance before traveling.
I think most of us who have foreign coinage machines already have a stash of the correct coins sitting next to the machine in a bowl.
Foreign coins are available here at coin shows or on (ugh) fleaBay/other sites.

If you do find someone who wants them, you can stuff a large quantity in a small Flat Rate Box and mail them anywhere in the states once you get here for $13.65US.
