Mills diamond front jackpot glass

Postby jake1708 » Tue Oct 27, 2026 6:26 pm

Hi All!

I have a mills Diamond front that Iv just put the jackpot in as it was missing but the glass rocks back and forth in the casting and the jackpot does not keep it squashed up against the casting. Glass is 3/8 thick. Is there a retainer that goes between the jackpot and glass to keep it in place?

Thanks
Jake

Jake

It sounds like you are missing the jackpot spacer. It goes against the front casting and the jackpot glass.
I have available if you need one

Jake,
I have two plates of glass that thickness. It seems it may be hardened glass. It may be that way to prevent a hammer from accessing the jack-pot easily.
