Hello from Louisiana Buckly Help?

I'm working on a 25c Guarenteed Jackpot Buckly, I'm told Mills and Buckly are the same, got this one cleaned and oiled working, graet, I can't get it to pay out? Someone told me to set the reels to the 3 bells then cycle it did this, no cigar. The slots move freely by pusing with my finger, I've watch all of I Think Daves You Tube stuff but can't seem to find the answer. all help welcome. Thanks Ron Costanza
