I believe it maybe a machine called QUALITY SUPPLY HORSES circa 1945. The machine had eight different paycards the operators could change at will to make a new game.

The last sale on eBay was 6/19/2010. It sold for $200.00. The lowest price was $150.00.

I have owned the same machine for a wile and never found one just like it, the closest that I have found are the QUALITY SUPPLY HORSES and PRESTO, the differences are that HORSES is a 5 dice and has a anti cheat, PRESTO is a 3 dice machine, QUALITY SUPPLY also made an other machine called BEAT THE HOUSE but have never found any pictures of one and I believe it might be a 3 dice game as well.
My machine is identical to the one on ebay, it has 6 dice and no anti cheat device, to me it's still a mystery to who the manufacturer may be unless QUALITY SUPPLY made more machines than the three I have mentioned.
If any one has a picture of QUALITY SUPPLY BEAT THE HOUSE I would love to see one posted, any more information on this machine would be appreciated.

Looks like it, no anti cheat and six dice, change the play card and it's it, wonder if the cards are reproduced, would be nice to have all eight, may need to call Bill at slot dynasty

I am totally ed!
I wrote this big-long story about these dice machines. Finished it, uploaded a couple of pix, and I clicked on a tab for one of the pix.
That pix poped up by itself without the text. Clicked to go back to the previous page, and lost everything. Said - "page had expired".
I ran into a similar problem several months ago, and since then, when I write a lengthly note, I will transfer it to a Word File before
I start placing attachments or other 'button pushing', so that if I loose it, I can copy & paste my lost script, then delete it later. As
fate would have it, I didn't do it this time, so am now burned-out! Will try again later. And 'NO', I didn't copy & paste this note either!

OK, here we go, with lotsa-pix, and a bit-o history.

The beginings of these small size counter dicers seems to have begun with National Coin Machine in 1934. There were dozens of different models made by several manufacturers, in wood, pressed steel, and aluminum cases.
Although the greatest numbers that now show up, are that of the Quality Supply Co., they are not the originators. They were the ‘copy-cats’ of this style. The first of these models, seems to have been the N.C.M. “Hazard”, in
a wood case. Quality Supply also produced a “Hazard” in the start of their one-piece cast aluminum cases in the late 1940’s. Some of the machine names by the earlier mfrs., in no particular order, are “The Master”, “Lucky Star”,
“Trade King”, “Kalamazoo”, “Kazoo”, “Kazoo-Zoo”, “Seven Come Eleven”, “Even Up”, “Ye-Elfe”, and many others that escape me at this moment. There was also a later electric model, in a wood case, by an unknown mfr., called
“Dicelite”, which pluged into 110, and you would match the dice to the lit colored circle on the top glass. There were probably other variations of this model, but I have yet to see additional examples. If anyone has one, we would
all like to see it.

The above three examples, are all that could be posted, because of size. Therefore I will have to break the additional pix up with seperate posts.
Dave had reset the file size, awhile back, to handle larger numbers, but I guess it changed back on it's own.

Here is the history of the Quality Supply Co. Dicers, from the previous post, along with the pix, that I am now able to insert, after Dave's 'fix-it'.

When Quality Supply Co. started their line in the late 1940’s, through the early 1950’s, they started with “Horses”, which did not have the circular ‘tilt-ball’ platform. This feature was added to the later models.
At the same time, they brought out a complete group of eight machine named games, that they called ‘Eight-in-One’. You would get one machine, with 8 interchangeable top cards, and all the different dice for
each game. They included “Horses”, “Hi-Hand”, “Add ‘Em”, “Win A Beer”, “Beat The House”, “Win Your Smokes”, “Four Of A Kind”, and “Hi-Lo-Seven”. I have repro cards for 7 of the 8 games. Not sure why I
didn’t do the “Hi-Hand”, as I have a ‘new-in-the-box’ machine, with all the accessories, as well as the brochure that lists all the games, and how each one is played. Quality also made “Presto”, and “36”, and
a few others that had only one color ink on the top card.
